Our extensive team consists of 6 main departments: Executive & Leadership, Real Estate Investments, Technology, Legal & Compliance, Accounting, Investor & Token Management, and Administrative & Support. Each of these departments is made up of teams of highly experienced and knowledgeable team players who are all pulling in one direction, and that is what makes The Investors Pool a winning recipe for success. As the company and fund grow, so does our team, and just as our company is focused and built around decentralized real estate, our team is built on a model of decentralized command where authority and decision-making are pushed down to each department and each team, empowering subordinates to act with less oversight to achieve a common goal. This allows for greater accomplishments with far less staff being needed, similar to a specialized military team that works in groups of 6-12 men, which has a greater effect than a team 20 times their size.
